Since 2000, the respective departments of SEAFDEC have prepared the Regional Guidelines for Responsible Fisheries in Southeast Asia Phase I, II and III as guidance for Member States based on the specific article of the CCRF. It is envisaged that the regional guidelines, as a result of consultations, will provide a basis to facilitate the implementation of the CCRF at the national level in the Southeast Asian region. The Regional Guidelines for Responsible Fisheries in Southeast Asia – Responsible Practices and Post-Harvest Trade will be used as a reference to identify directions and priority actions for the implementation of Article 11 of the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries in ASEAN Member States.
