TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
In response to the queries and items for clarification during the pre-bid conference held on 22 April 2021 at the Conference Room 1, BPSU Main Campus Administration Building, City of Balanga, Bataan, the BAC has arrived and agreed on the following points:
1. Changes in Specifications:
a. Items No. 17 to 20- From Brother Printer Ink ( Black, Cyan, Magenta & Yellow) to Epson L210 Printer Ink (Black, Cyan, Magenta & Yellow)
2. Items No. 78 to 80 and 87- Epson Printer Ink (Cyan, Black, and Magenta) for Epson Printer L220/L360.
3. Item No. 27 – Cartolina 10pcs. per pack 4. Item No. 118 – LED Bulb 18 watts
5. Item No. 149- Regardless to the no. of pieces per kilo, thickness and total weight (35 kgs.
as indicated) of rags shall be prioritized.
As promulgated, this shall serve as an amendment to the bidding documents and accordingly modifies/supersedes any and all provisions which are inconsistent herewith.
