The Procuring Entity shall promptly notify the Supplier in writing of any claims arising under this warranty. Upon receipt of such notification, the Supplier shall repair or replace the defective Goods or parts thereof at no cost to the Procuring Entity, in accordance with the Generic Procurement Manual. The Supplier shall arrange for such packaging of the Goods as is necessary to prevent their damage or deterioration during transport to their final destination as specified in this Contract. The size and weight of the packaging box shall, where applicable, take into account the remoteness of the final destination of the goods and the absence of heavy handling facilities at all points in transit. A packing list identifying the contents and quantities of the package must be placed in an accessible place on the outer packaging if practicable.
