PROCUREMENT OF THREE (3) MOTOR VEHICLES
I. Approved changes on Technical Specifications and Delivery Schedule Agreed between the Bids and Awards Committee, end users, and prospective bidders during the Pre-bid Conference last November 11, 2021, below are the changes on the technical specifications.
• Approved removal of model number to all bidding documents, including in PR No. GAA-21-6746;
• Approved change of “Commuter Van” to “Van” for a more generic term;
• Approved change of passenger seat requirements from “15-18” to “12”;
and
• Approved change of delivery schedule from thirty (30) calendar days to sixty (60) calendar days.
