PARTICULARS CLARIFICATION / AMENDMENT
ON THE SCHEDULE OF BID RECEIPT/SUBMISSION AND OPENING.
SBB No. 01 dated August 29, 2019 extended the Receipt and Opening of Bids from September 2, 2019 (Monday) @ 10am until September 13, 2019 (Friday) @ 10am pur- posely to give prospective bidders ample time to prepare their bid documents.
Subsequently, September 13, 2019 (Friday) is declared by the Office of the President- Malacañang through Proclamation 802, series 2019, as a special non-working holiday in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) to allow the celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the signing of the Mt. Data Sipat or Peace Agreement.
Unknowingly, the Office of the University President issued an Advisory dated September 3, 2019 for the conduct of Strategic Planning on September 16-17, 2019 wherein majority of the BAC members will attend the required workshop, hence the quorum is not possible.
Therefore, this Committee hereby postpone the Receipt/Submission and Opening of Bids until September 18, 2019 @ 9am, same venue.
