This Unnumbered SBB dated January 18, 2021, for the following projects stated below is issued to clarify, 4

Relative to the issuance of Executive Order No. 4-2021 by the City of Tabuk, dated January 17, 2021, 8
which is “An Order Placing Four Barangays of Tabuk City: Agbannawag, Bado Dangwa, Bulanao Centro 9
and Bulanao Norte, under Temporary Lockdown and Providing Guidelines Thereof” effective today- Jan- 10 uary 18, 2021 until January 22, 2021, the Kalinga State University located at Barangay Bulanao Centro will 11 also put under lockdown to prevent further increase of Covid-19 positive cases.
