Payment Term 30 calendar days

1. Price Quotatigns must be valid for a period of45 calend?r days from the deadline ofsubmission.

2. Price quotations shatt include all taxes, duties and/or levies. Dedudions of 5% VAT & 'l% EWT (for goods) or 5% VAT & 2% EWT (for services).

3. Price Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget fo. the Contract shall be rejeded.

4. Award ol contrad shall be made to the Iowest quotations (for goods and infrastrusture) or, the highest rated offer (for consuiting services) which complies with the minimum technical specmcations and otherterms and other terms and conditions stated herein

5. ln case of two or more bidders are deiermined to have submitted the Lowest Calculated Quotation/Lowest Catculated and Responsive Quolation, the PhilRice shall adopt and employ "draw loG" as the tie-breaking method to finally determine lhe single winning provider in accordance with GPPB Circular 0S2005.

6. Any inierlineations, erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by you or any of your duly authorized representative/s.

Goods, supplies, equipment, or work done are sub.ied to inspeclion,/acceptance, PhilRice reserves thc right to cancel, reject, or rebid the items which do not conform with the technical specifications.

9. Liquidated damages equivalent to 1/10 of 1% per day of delay for the yalue of undelivered items shall be imposed. PhilRice shall rescind the contract once the cumulative amount of lhuidated damages reaches ten (10) percent of the amount ot contEct, without preiudice to other courses
