The new schedule would allow the President and members of the Board of Directors to attend both functions. The office of the university secretary has already sent an excerpt about the board's action regarding this matter to UPD (during the time of Chancellor Cao). There will be a formal request from the students regarding the cancellation of the P100 student deposit.
The UP Diliman Chancellor allowed the Students-Regent Office to create a separate draft of the Student Code.

Establishing the accreditation system for all organizations of administrative staff and REPS Administrative staff and REPS. President Pascual said the Secretary's request would apply not only to the Staff Regent, but also to all members of the Council. Some studies at PNEI have been published in local and international journals. The Chair seconded the request for Board approval on the condition that UP Manila provide the budget requirements of the proposed NHSRC. Productivity Incentive Bonus (PIB) in the Amount of P2,500.00 for FY 2012
It is the tradition of the university to provide an additional P500 in addition to the P2,000 awarded by the national government as productivity incentive bonus to government employees who have rendered at least satisfactory services during the past year. In accordance with this practice, the President recommends for BOR approval the payment of additional P500 to all qualified UP personnel drawn from the Revolving Fund (RF) of each constituent university.

ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
Reappointment Beyond Compulsory Retirement Age of 65
GALAPATE, Officer-in-Charge, UP Cebu, as Representative of the University of the Philippines in the UP of Cebu Professional Representative of the University of the Philippines in the Professional Schools of the UP Cebu South Road Property (SRP). To transact and sign all forms, documents and other documents pertaining to the University of the Philippines Cebu Vocational Schools South Road Property (SRP) project, including but not limited to the Permit of Construction; and. To conduct such other matters as may assist in the speedy disposition of such undertaking.
Isip, notes that: "given that UP Cebu has already been declared an autonomous unit, the dean should be the one who should sign and be appointed as the representative of UP in the said project.". The university's general counsel is of the opinion that "the approval of the BOR for the issuance of the secretary's certificate should be secured unless the appointment was already approved by the BOR when CE Padilla's contract was approved".
OTHER MATTERS
Construction Agreement between the University of the Philippines and the C.E
The Contractor shall do all things necessary for the proper design, construction and completion of all works shown and described in the Technical Proposal submitted during the public tender held on the 7th day of December 2011. The work carried out by the Contractor in terms of the Contract must be performed. will begin upon receipt of Notice to proceed issued by the President and completion will be within 360 days. Within the said period of 360 days, the Contractor shall deliver the first phase of the building;.
Upon completion of the WORKS, the contractor must provide the University with a certificate of completion issued by the Office of the Design and Planning Initiatives (ODPI). It is understood that time is an essential feature of the Contract and that, if the Contractor fails to complete the work set out in the Contract within the specified period, the Contractor will owe the University at least 1/10th of one (1) percent will pay. of the cost of the part of the WORK not carried out for each day of delay in completing the Contract, payment to be made as damages and not as a penalty; and the University may deduct from any amount due or to become due to the Contractor any accrued amount of damages as hereinafter set forth without the need for any legal action; A preliminary statement of any deficiencies shall be prepared by the Architect and submitted to the Contractor within ten (10) days before the date fixed for completion of the WORKS referred to in Article III(A).
The contractor's ten percent (10%) retention fee will be retained by the University until all items on the final punch list have been satisfactorily completed. If the contractor refuses or fails to complete the final punch list within the time specified in written notice, the University shall be entitled to utilize the contractor's ten percent (10%) retention amount to complete the same, and the balance, if any, will be returned to the contractor.

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. PAEP 12-20
Doctor of Science: The degree is awarded to individuals who have made distinguished contributions to the sciences. Doctor of Humanities: The degree is awarded to individuals who have distinguished themselves in the humanities. Doctor of Laws: The degree is awarded to persons who have distinguished themselves in the service of the state, science and humanity.
2 of UP's Revised IPR Policy, which was approved and confirmed by the Board of Regents during its 1269th and 1273rd meetings, respectively, the University may withhold public access to theses/dissertations and protection procedures, in case they may contain potentially patentable intellectual property, until the moment that the potential intellectual property rights are fully protected by law. If there is an urgent and valid reason to access such theses/dissertations, this may be possible under non-disclosure agreements. An additional page in the thesis/dissertation should indicate who may have access to the interim copy.
This directive must be complied with by the university/college/institute/department librarians who will also be subject to non-disclosure agreements. For older theses/dissertation with potential IPRs, an additional page with instructions as described in number 4 above can be pasted in all copies of the thesis/dissertation.
MEMORANDA
Canilao as chairman, put yourselves on a search committee that will assist the president and the board of regents in the selection of the next chancellor of UP Baguio. The report must include the final list of all nominees and the committee's assessment, not only of each candidate's strengths and weaknesses, but also his or her suitability for the position, given the constituent university's needs and goals. All expenses of the committee in connection with the performance of its duties shall be borne by the office of the chairman.
In addition, the Chair and members of the Committee, including staff, shall be entitled to honoraria as determined by the Board of Regents. Based on the authority given to the President by the Board of Regents at its 1120th meeting on May 27, 1998, Prof. Rañeses, Assistant Vice President for Administration, is authorized to sign as Alternate Signatory of Mr.
Sabat, Officer-in-Charge, UP System Treasurer or as Alternate Countersignatory of Vice President Maragtas S.V. Conception of the UP Faculty of Law regarding our request for assistance in specific legal matters of the University.
