ABSTRACT
This study is a
phenomenologyof
organizationalculture in a
higher educationalinstitution. It aimed to
decipher the
fundamental element of organizational culture that makes members stay together in the
organization. Moreover, a transcendental account of the
fundamental elementof
organizational culturethat
emerged is presented.Qualitative research methods
were utilized in this study.
Since theaim of this study is to give a descriptiori of the
experiencesof
theparticipants,
I
adapted Edmund Husserl's Phenomenological Method as theconceptual framework that will suit the purpose of my study.
