* For the Midyear term, 3-unit lecture classes meet two (2) hours daily from Monday to Friday, br the 24 class days.

• A special removal schedule outside this period may be implemented by the Unit subject to removal fees.

No change of matriculation involving the taking of a new subject shall be allowed after one week of regular class meetings has been held. (Revised UP Code Art. 353, as amended at 232nd UC Meeting on 04 Moy 1967 and at 861st BOlt Meeting on 29 May 1975)

'There is a moratorium on student activities starting one (1) month (i.e. 30 days) and strictly two (2) weeks before the end of classes until the last day of the final exam period. During this period, no student activities of any kind will be permitted except for business meetings. (UP Cebu SOA Guidelines as approved by the UP Cebu Dean on 16 August 2014)

All reports of grades must be submitted not later than seven days after the last day of the examination period. (Revised UP Code Art. 372, 790th BOlt Meeting an 19 Dec 1969, as amended at 792nd BOA Meeting on 25 Feb 1970)
