DISCUSSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
5.6 Chapter Summary
This study contributes to the literature by adding knowledge about the factors leading to passion for innovative work behavior. By exploring data from the case of small hotel businesses in Thailand, this study revealed the factors in four dimensions.
Moreover, a discussion based on previous literature was made in order to compare the findings of this study. The implications and recommendations for both scholars and practitioners were described in order to add to the existing body of literature and to be a guideline for the work of HR practitioners to stimulate more passion for innovation work behavior within organizations. More importantly, the researcher believes that this study will enrich the understanding of the factors leading to work passion for innovative work behavior in the small hotel business in the Thai context.
