CHAPTER 5 DISCUSSION, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

5.5 Indications for Further Study

This research did not evaluate the operational, regulatory, or financial structure related to public service innovation outcomes. In order to focus on the broader public policy context, future study can be done that would be a practical feasibility study of public service innovation outcomes. In order to obtain a more comprehensive picture of public service innovation outcomes in Bangladesh, further study can be followed, including ministries and divisions and other public sector organizations (Haque, 2019). This research was based on multiple regression and path analysis, and research could be extended if it were done totally based on SEM.

Moreover, it would also be interesting if organizational culture and creativity were added as independent variables. Following this, creativity could be the dependent variable instead of public service innovation outcomes. The researcher can engage in further research mostly focused on service seekers, as in this study the service recipient’s evaluation has been done only in the qualitative part. Therefore, another model can be established where the study will be given priority based on service recipients or service seekers.
