The causal relationship model of the influence of preparation on the cashless society of the population in Thailand. Moreover, the results of the path analysis showed that acceptance factors had a direct effect on the preparation for a cashless society of the population in Thailand. In conclusion, dominant implications of the findings for cashless society preparation of the population in Thailand.

Using Simulation Activities to Improve Communication Skills in Business English for Undergraduate Students at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. The purpose of the research was 1) to design simulation activities to improve communication skills in business English for undergraduate students at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, 2) to assess the students' communication skills based on the established criteria of 75% and 3) to study the students' satisfaction with the simulation activities to improve communication skills. The population was 120 undergraduate students in 4 classes at Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University studying Business English in the first semester of 2018.
The subjects were thirty undergraduate students from one class selected by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were 5 lesson plans, a communication assessment form, listening and speaking test form and a questionnaire. The study showed that the simulation activities to improve the business English communication skills of the undergraduate students consisted of three stages: 1) preparation, 2) performance 3) and final discussion.
The findings showed that the communication skills of the students were within the established criteria.

Characters in a Historical Novel “Kha Bordin” by “Wannawat”: Techniqes of Character Presentation
The purpose of this study is to investigate the character presentation techniques in the historical novel titled Kha Bordin by Wannawat. The results showed two main techniques in character presentation: direct characterization and indirect characterization. In direct characterization, the author's characterization and characterization of other characters were found, while in indirect characterization, three methods were recognized; actions, speech and thoughts.
The author has presented real characters from history by citing information in historical evidence to avoid any historical distortion. In terms of characterization, the author could use different methods to create the character's traits; for example, one character could be described through speech and actions. Moreover, it was remarkable that direct characterization was found more often than indirect because this novel was a historical story in which all the characters should be described with real details and the same appearance as mentioned in the history.

The development of a program to develop teachers' competence in learning management to promote critical thinking under the heading. The purpose of this research was to study the current state, desirable state and priority needs index of learning management, which develops teachers' competence in learning management to promote critical thinking under Secondary Education Service Area, Nong Khai. The sample group consisted of 333 teachers classified by school size under the Secondary Education Service Area Office, Nong Khai, and the program was examined by five celebrities.
It was found that the current state of learning management was generally at a moderate level, the desirable state was generally at the highest level, and the index of priority needs of learning management was in order of need from most to least; thinking evaluation, group thinking training, summary thinking result, presenting a problematic situation, individual thinking training and preparation. The result of program development and assessment of program suitability and capabilities showed that the developed program consisted of seven components: 1) program principles and concepts, 2) program objectives, 3) objectives, 4) structure of the program, 5) program method, 6) learning materials, and 7) program measurement and evaluation, program suitability and capabilities were generally at the highest level.
Factors Affecting Decision of Entrepreneurs to Invest in Securities in Mae Ka, Muang Phayao, Phayao
Factors affecting entrepreneurs' decision to invest in securities in Mae Ka, Muang Phayao, Phayao. The purpose of this study was to study the decision factors to invest in securities by entrepreneurs in Mae Ka Subdistrict, Muang Phayao District, Phayao Province. The results of the survey showed that most of the respondents were female entrepreneurs aged 20-30.
Moreover, the model of determining factors for investment in securities of entrepreneurs in Mae Ka Subdistrict, Muang Phayao District, Phayao Province was suitable. The accuracy in predicting the investment needs of business owners in Mae Ka Subdistrict, Muang Phyao District, Phayao Province was accurate at 83.7%. Moreover, the factors affecting the securities investment of entrepreneurs in Mae Ka Subdistrict, Muang Phayao District, Phayao Province include financial literacy r and expected return factor.

Business Competitive Potential of Folk Weaving Group in Roi Et Province
Abstract. This research aims to; 1) Study the level of business competitive potential of folk weaving groups in Roi Et, 2) compare the business competitive potential of folk weaving groups in Roi Et classified by general data of the group and 3) study the guidelines for the development of business competitiveness of folk weaving group in Roi Et. The results of the research showed that the level of business competitive potential of the folk weaving group was at a high level. The comparison of business competitive potential of folk weaving groups found that in folk weaving groups with a different number of members, products, capital and monthly sales, there is no difference in business competitive potential.
Guidelines for the development of business competitiveness have been found which are aimed at improving the folkweaver group's business competitive potential.

All these factors are driving forces that have caused the demand for condominiums to increase rapidly.
It is another solution that is considered to be a new housing type that is becoming very interesting for people who want to live in cities. However, with the current economic condition that is in a period of recession due to the situation with the Covid-19 epidemic, the demand is decreasing because the economic condition has a huge effect on the consumers. Due to the uncertainty of the stability of the work they do, their purchasing power decreases; therefore, they show more careful consumption patterns, which affect entrepreneurs and the overall economic system.
