「2023臺灣海洋治理國際研討會」Taiwan International Conference on Ocean Governance 2023 (TICOG 2023)
一、 舉辦宗旨：海洋委員會依組織法賦予之任務與使命，綜理海洋事務之統合，加強海洋政策之規劃及 落實推動，以達生態、安全、繁榮之優質海洋國家。
為積極推動 2030 雙語政策，以加速推動高等教育雙語化，扣合「國家海洋政策白皮書」施政目標，
以永續為核心，「建構生態、安全、繁榮的永續海洋國家」為願景，達成「建構區域戰略思維，保衛海 域主權權益」、「落實海域執法作為，促進區域安全合作」、「維護海洋生態健康，優化海洋環境品質」、
「確立產業發展目標，促進藍色產業升級」、「型塑全民親海風氣，培養海洋國家思維」與「孕育科學 發展動能，厚植學術研究能量」等 6 大政策目標，特舉辦 2023 臺灣海洋治理國際研討會。
藉由辦理 2023 臺灣海洋治理國際研討會，蒐整海洋相關領域研究最新資訊及發展趨勢，促進台灣產、
官、學、研與世界各國海洋法政、海洋文化、海洋教育、海洋科技、海洋生態保育、海域安全、海洋產 業、海洋資源永續利用及海洋工程等領域專家學者互動交流，除了知識與經驗分享，也就未來海洋治理 政策提供建議方向，並擴大海洋專業人員對海洋國際事務之參與，以積極推動參與各項國際會議及國際 海洋組織。
二、 國 際 研討會主題：1.海洋法政、海洋文化及海洋教育；2.海洋科技；3.海洋生態保育；4.海域安全；
5.海洋工程；6.海洋產業等六大領域
三、 主辦機關：海洋委員會、國家發展委員會、美國在台協會高雄分處
四 、 投稿時程：
1. 開放投稿時間：即日起
2. 英文論文全文截稿日期：112年3月3日(星期五)
3. 全文審查結果通知日期：112年4月14日(星期五)前通知審查結果 4. 報名參加截止日期：112年5月10日(星期三)
5. 國際研討會日期：112年5月25日(星期四)至5月26日(星期五)
五 、 投稿須知：
1. 繳交全文：投稿者請於 112 年 3 月 3 日(星期五)前繳交英文論文全文，電子稿請以 Word2000 以上格 式(A4 紙張，橫式英文撰稿打印)；論文格式範本請參考附件。
2. 投稿 方式 ：請 將英 文論 文 全 文 及 附 件 報 名 表 E-mail 至[email protected] 《2023臺灣海洋 治理國際研討會》
3. 論文審查：本國際研討會論文將採用匿名評審方式，經錄取的論文將安排於國際研討會上發表。
4. 論文競賽獎勵：六大領域之各領域第一名獎金新臺幣18,000元、第二名獎金新臺幣10,000元、第三 名獎金新臺幣6,000元。
5. 投稿被接受稿件將收錄於TICOG2023摘要論文集。
六 、 註冊費用：本國際研討會無須繳交報名費。

In this paper, the formatting requirements for Taiwan International Conference on Ocean Governance 2023 (TICOG2023) are described. Please provide an abstract of 200 to 300 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
Some recommendations on writing for a worldwide readership are offered. Please review this document to learn about the formatting of text, table captions, references, and the method to include the indexing information. All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceeding. The full paper in MS Word file shall be written in compliance with these instructions.
Keyword: 3-5 keywords
1. Introduction
It is expected that authors will submit carefully written and proofread material. Careful checking for spelling and grammatical errors should be performed. The words of the paper is no more than 15,000 words. Papers should clearly describe the background of the subject, including the methods used, results and concluding discussion on the importance of the work.
Papers must be written in English. Technical terms should be explained unless they may be considered to be known to the conference community.
2. Paper Format
The uniform appearance will assist the reader to read paper of the proceedings. It is therefore suggested to authors to use the example of this file to construct their papers. This particular example uses an American letter format with 25 mm margins left, right, top and bottom.

一、版面設定
邊界：上、下、左、右各2.5公分 紙張：A4，寬21公分，高29.7公分 版面配置：頁首1.5公分、頁尾2公分
二、英文摘要、關鍵詞、作者姓名、職稱、服務單位，請一律以英文書寫
英文文章在正文之前需有題目(Article Title)、作者姓名、服務單位、職稱(Author's
Name, Organization, Position)、摘要(Abstract)、3-5個關鍵詞(Key Words)。三、內文部份請一律以英文書寫
