Home Visits with Love
It was a community service day today. About 400 student volunteers visited the elderly on the public housing estates in Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tin Shui Wai.
Chinese New Year is coming. The student volunteers helped the elderly clean their homes. The students also wrote them some short poems during their visit. They brought them love and joy.
The elderly were happy to share their stories with the young ones. The students lent an ear and made the elderly happy. The visit was a wonderful experience for the students.
