According to the quality management system (QMS) of the college of engineering, one of the tasks of the quality and development committee in the program. Follow up the course specifications periodically according to the model of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation and follow up on their upgrading. Prepare Program Specifications according to the model of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.

Follow up on the periodic preparation of the course report and review of the annual program report according to the model of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. Prepare the annual program report following the model of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. Oversee the progress of the tutoring process according to the approved mechanisms in the program.

Organizing a regular meeting with the advisory coordinators to follow up on developments in the program guidance process. Periodically (every mid-semester) submit a report that includes the committee's work and levels of students to the program and faculty administration.

Carry out an examination of the compatibility between the demands of the labor market and the specializations within the education. Ensure that the course specifications are accessible and that they comply with both the academic plans of the department and the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. Follow up with faculty members in the program and ensure they distribute short course specifications to students at the beginning of each semester.

To inform faculty members in the program of any updates and developments in the study plans and course specifications. To study the compatibility of the course content, teaching methods, course objectives and the expected learning outcomes and preparation of the relevant reports. List of books and references required by faculty members in the program and coordinate with the Central University Library to provide them in accordance with departmental requirements.

Keep and save all committee documentation and forward a copy to the department head and the faculty dean. Consideration of items referred to the committee by the head of department and completion of related actions.

Graduation Project Committee

Liaise with the University Dean's Office for Academic Affairs at the end of each semester to coordinate and review the latest developments regarding study plans and specifications and distribute them to faculty members in the program. Prepare studies of program requirements for laboratories and support equipment and software. Developing a general perception of the plants and their arrangement and their relationship to each other and the appropriate areas for each laboratory and the spaces required.

Ensuring that the specifications of the equipment to be supplied to the laboratories are in place prior to the completion of the procurement process. Ensuring periodic maintenance of laboratories and replacement of damaged ones especially at the end of each semester. Keeping all documents related to the committee's work and forwarding a copy of them to the head of the department and the dean of the College.

Taking into account what the Head of Department and Dean of the College refers to the subjects and the settlement of the related issues.
