According to the quality management system (QMS) of the college of engineering, one of the tasks of the quality and development committee in the program. Follow up the course specifications periodically according to the model of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation and follow up on their upgrading. Prepare Program Specifications according to the model of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation.

Prepare the Annual Program Report according to the model of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. Monitor the progress of the academic guidance process according to approved mechanisms in the program. Organizing regular meetings with the advisory coordinators to monitor the progress of the program guidance process.

Regularly (every mid-semester) submit a report on the committee's work and student grades to the program administration and the faculty. Carrying out tasks assigned to the committee by the head of the department and the dean of the faculty.

Community Services Committee

Activating partnerships between the program and various community institutions, especially public and private schools. Deepening of communication between the Department (Program) and the authorities responsible for development plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Study Plan Committee

Conduct a survey on the compatibility between the requirements of the labor market and the specializations within the program. Make sure that the course specifications are available and that they meet both the academic plans in the department and the standards of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. To study the compatibility of the course's content, teaching methods, course objectives and the expected learning outcomes and the preparation of the relevant reports.

Keep and save all committee documents and provide a copy to the department head and college dean. Review of issues referred by the head of the department to the committee and completion of relevant actions. List of books and references needed by faculty members in the program and coordinate with the Central University Library to provide them as per departmental requirements.

Follow up and work to provide learning resources that meet all program and coursework needs. Gathering the teaching staff's needs from the learning resources before they spend enough time and work to meet them.

Graduation Project Committee

Follow up with faculty members in the program and make sure they distribute brief course specifications to students at the beginning of each semester. Inform faculty members in the program of any updates and developments on study plans and course specifications. Liaise with the University Dean's Office for Academic Affairs at the end of each semester to coordinate and review the latest developments regarding study plans and specifications and distribute them to faculty members in the program.

Execution of the tasks assigned to the committee by the head of department and the dean of the college.

Laboratories Management Committee

Conducting periodic training for faculty members and students to adhere to the implementation of evacuation methods and handling safety methods in laboratories. Follow-up of all safety requirements in the department - Awareness among the staff of the department and students about the importance of complying with safety instructions.

Scientific Research & Graduate Studies Committee

Summer Training Committee

Prepare a feedback form that focuses on the performance and classification of institutions that instruct college students to be given to trainee students. Submit a comprehensive report on the work of the Committee at the end of the training period to the Head of Department and Dean of College.

Academic affairs Committee

Coordinating and organizing an archive of all college activities and recording all student issues discussed and developing an index and registry of files and documents. Prepare periodic reports on the work of the committee and the need to improve its performance. Submitting a report of the committee's activities to the Academic Affairs Supervisor each semester.

The execution of the work entrusted to the committee by the Head of Department and the Dean of the College. Follow up the commitment of the departments with the regulations of the college in the preparation of the timetable of the study. Follow-up distribution of the courses of the departments on the halls assigned to each department.

Check the suitability of the number of students in each section with the capacity of the class assigned for the course. Receive the results from the teachers of the courses in preparation for adoption before monitoring.

Timetable Committee

Increase students' awareness of and follow up on support services and activities provided by the college and university. Oversee the issuance of the comprehensive academic schedule for course dates, room numbers and names of professors for all subjects in collaboration with the Dean of Admissions and Registration. Oversee the announcement of the classroom schedule to guide professors and students to their lecture locations.

Monitoring of the equipment of the classrooms in terms of number of seats, air conditioning and lighting. Follow the schedule update during the registration process to resolve registration-related issues. Carrying out the work assigned to the committee by His Excellency, the head of the department.
