Executive Council Resolution No. (3) of 2020 Approving

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,

After perusal of:

Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;

Law No. (17) of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments;

Law No. (14) of 2009 Concerning the Pricing of Government Services in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

Law No. (1) of 2016 Concerning the Financial Regulations of the Government of Dubai;

Cabinet Resolution No. (30) of 2017 Regulating Road Traffic Services and Road Safety;

Executive Council Resolution No. (8) of 2008 Establishing the Licensing Agency of the Roads and Transport Authority;

Executive Council Resolution No. (31) of 2011 Regulating the Activity of Trading in Vehicle Plate Numbers in the Emirate of Dubai;

Executive Council Resolution No. (35) of 2011 Approving Fees of the Roads and Transport Authority; and

Executive Council Resolution No. (9) of 2013 Approving Fees of the Roads and Transport Authority,

Do hereby issue this Resolution.

Approval of Fees Article (1)

In return for issuing the certificates and number plates, and providing the other services, stated in the Schedule attached to this Resolution, the Roads and Transport Authority will charge the fees set out opposite each of these services.

Payment of Fees Article (2)

The fees collected pursuant to this Resolution will be paid to the Public Treasury of the Government of Dubai.

Repeals Article (3)

The above-mentioned Executive Council Resolution No. (35) of 2011 and Executive Council Resolution No. (9) of 2013 are hereby repealed. Any provision in any other resolution will also be repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.

Publication and Commencement Article (4)

This Resolution will be published in the Official Gazette and will come into force ninety (90) days after the date of its publication.
