Executive Council Resolution No. (32) of 2022 Cancelling the Fees Imposed on Airline Agents and
Airline Offices Operating in the Emirate of Dubai1

We, Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Chairman of the Executive Council,
After perusal of:
Law No. (3) of 2003 Establishing the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai;
The Instructions Imposing Annual Local Fees on Airline Offices Operating in the Emirate of Dubai, issued by the Chairman of the Dubai Municipality on 12 March 1985; and
Resolution No. (4) of 1988 Imposing Fees on the Branches of Airline Offices, Do hereby issue this Resolution.
Cancellation of Fees Article (1)
Pursuant to this Resolution, the fees imposed pursuant to the above-mentioned Instructions issued on 12 March 1985 and Resolution No. (4) of 1998 on airline agents and their branches, and on airline offices, operating in the Emirate of Dubai are hereby cancelled.
Repeals Article (2)
The above-mentioned Instructions issued on 12 March 1985 and Resolution No. (4) of 1998 are hereby repealed. Any provision in any other resolution is also hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts the provisions of this Resolution.

Commencement and Publication Article (3)
This Resolution comes into force on the day on which it is issued, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
