Brief Description of Undergraduate Courses Taught: (Course Title – Code: Description)
1.
In fundamental of nursing I & II, I taught the students All procedures and supervised them during practice in the lab. These procedures are many such as, Hand washing ( medical and surgical hand washing), bed making, transferring the patient , taking history, physical and health assessment , medications ( oral, intradermal, muscular , intravenous , eye , ear and nose drops ) etc.
And at the last two months of second semester in fundamental of nursing II, we send the students to hospital to and supervised them for full two months.

In medical surgical nursing I & II, we give the students some procedures in lab such as, Nasogastric tube insertion, catheterization and many other procedures just for two – three weeks, then continue the whole training period in hospital.

In Psychiatric and mental health nursing, we give the students some procedures in lab such as, taking history from addictive and mental health patients, and the way of dealing with psychiatric patients and many other procedures just for two – three weeks, then continue the whole training period in hospital.

In Obstetric and gynecologic Nursing, we give the students some procedures in lab such as, Physical Examination during Pregnancy, Breast Examination, Leopold's Maneuver, Determination of PMI (Point of maximum impulse) of FHR (fetal heart rate), Application of the External Monitor, Timing uterine contractions during labor,
Catheterization of the female bladder, Procedure of the Administration of the female bladder, Administration of the cleansing enema, Procedure of the placental examination, vaginal irrigation or vaginal douche, insertion of vaginal suppositories, post-operative care of the gynecologic patient, post-partum abdominal examination, perineal care or perineal swabbing , and many other procedures.

In First Aid , we give the students all procedures in the Nursing lab and training on the how to deal with all emergency cases such as fractures , wounds and burns ,and the process of giving breathing, CPR and other skills and various emergency procedures.
