results for the Second quarter ending on June. 30, 2023, as follows:
• Revenues for Q2 2023 amounted to 2,235.99 million riyals compared to 2,065.47million riyals for the same quarter of the previous year with a growth rate of 8.26% and 2,220.18 million riyals for Q1 2023, with an increase of 0.71%.
• Total profit for Q2 2023 amounted to77.25million riyals compared to69.72 million riyals for the same quarter of the previous year with a growth rate of 10.8% and 80.78 million riyals for Q1 2023, with a decrease of(4.37%).
• Operating profit for Q2 2023 amounted to49.67 million riyals compared to (39.37) million riyals for the same quarter of the previous year, and 50.87 million riyals for Q1 2023 with a decrease of(2.36%).
• Net profit after zakat and tax for Q2 2023 amounted to 12.97 million riyals compared to 29.68 million riyals for the same quarter of the previous year with a decrease of (56.30%) and 14.07 million riyals for Q1 2023, with a decrease of (7.82%).
• Total comprehensive income for Q2 2023 amounted to 17.16 million riyals, compared to 29.49 million riyals for the same quarter of the previous year, with a decrease of (41.81%), and 14.12 million riyals for Q1 2023, with increase of 21.35%.

• Net profit after zakat and tax for the period ended on June. 30,2023 amounted to 27.05 million riyals, compared to 37.70 million riyals for the same period of the previous year, with a decrease of(28.25%).
• Total other comprehensive income for the period ended on June. 30,2023 amounted to 31.31 million riyals, compared to 42.50 million riyals for the same period of the previous year, with a decrease of(26.33%).
• EBITDA for the period ended on June. 30,2023 amounted to 167.17 million riyals, compared to 123.28 million riyals for the same period of the previous year, with a growth rate of 35.60%.
• Earnings per share for the period ended on June. 30,2023 , amounted to 0.45 SR compared to 0,63 SR for the same period of the previous year.

revenues, despite the increase in revenues, which led to an increase in gross profit and a decrease in G&A expenses, which had an impact on increase in the income from main operations.
• The reason for the Decrease in net profit during the current quarter compared to the previous quarter is an increase in the cost of revenue and a decrease in other revenues, despite a decrease in G&A
expenses, selling and marketing expenses, provision for credit losses, financing costs and zakat expense.
