Instructions for Uploading the Technical and Financial Reports on the Researcher's Account
General Instructions:
1- Both Technical and Financial Reports must be uploaded to close the project. If either one is missing, the request will not be considered.
2- A copy of the personal identity must be attached for each person who has a receipt in the financial report.
3- The amount of the invoices must be attached according to Article 11 of the rules governing the research programs of the University.
4- The principal investigator will receive SMS to inform him/her about any corrections required in the submitted Reports or to inform him/her that both Reports have been accepted. After that, the principal investigator must come to the Scientific Research
Deanship to submit the original invoices and the Technical Report (in Word format) in order to close the project and get the final amount prescribed for the project.
Requirements for Closing a Research Project Online:
- The principal investigator should login to his account and select the electronic services "
ةينورتكللاا تامدخلا" as shown below:
- Select the Researcher's documents " )ثحابلا( تادنتسم جذامن " and download both Technical and Financial Reports by clicking on the download icon "ليمحت رز ".
- After filling both Technical and Financial Reports, they must be uploaded on the system through the uploading link " ةيرودلا ريراقتلا ليمحت " which can be found under "ةينورتكللاا تامدخلا " icon as illustrated on the two following figures shown below. In case of incompletion the project in the specified date, the principal investigator should request an extension via "يثحب عورشم ديدمت بلط".
-To upload the published research, click on the icon "يملعلا رشنلا " and fill all required information, then uploaded it using the icon "ةفاضإ".If the research is not published yet, upload the final
acceptance letter for publishing with a copy of the manuscript (in PDF format) as shown the following figures below.
