RESEARCH EXPERIENCE 06/2009-06/2010
Business Optimization Consultant, Connectalk Inc, Montréal, Canada Research & Development project on optimizing routes for service and product delivery companies. We proposed and developed an approximated method based on a combination of efficient heuristiques to optimize service delivery problems, known as vehicle routing problems with time-windows, complicated cost structure,
travelling distance with respect to traffic factors and weather conditions.
04/2006-04/2007 and 01/1997-08/2003 Research Assistant: CRT, University of Montréal
Proposing new models for Network Design Problems through polyhedral study. I studied the valid inequalities proposed in the literature and developed a new separation method that have proved effective when compared to existing methods. I developed a Branch-and-Cut algorithm. The implementation is done in C++ while using the state-of-the-art software CPLEX.
