Results of the questionnaire to measure the satisfaction of the male and female students with

the quality of student services (1442 AH)

Analysis of the results of the questionnaire to measure the satisfaction of the male and female students with the quality of student services (1442 AH)

This analysis was based on a survey designed specifically to measure the satisfaction of the male and female students with the quality of student services. The study included six themes:

First theme: Student Affairs Second theme: Cultural activities Third theme: Sports activities Fourth theme: Nutrition Services Fifth theme: Medical services

Sixth theme: Admission and Registration

The total number of Physical Therapy and Health Rehabilitation male and female students who responded to this survey (sample size) was 117 students distributed as follows:

The survey used the five-point scale (Likert scale), and the mean and orientation were calculated for each item. The orientation (degree of agreement) was based on the weighted average as follows:

To verify the validity and reliability of the statements in each theme, the validity and reliability (Alpha Cronbach) was tested on the questionnaire as follows:
