Written & oral reports. The project should contain at least 2 reviews (if a 6 credit capstone) or at least 3 (if a two semester capstone). These reviews would include a Project concept review (people agree on what the project is), Preliminary Design Review (what are the major components and how they should be realized), and a critical design review (where the selected specs are reviewed and selected). Written and oral reports should be appropriate format (see dept. Format ). The written reviews (copies) should be turned in to the Undergraduate studies committee (USC) at the end of the semester).
Final Review: Written and oral report using appropriate format (see dept. Format ).
This should include the product specs, summary of the project, and a
working product. An USC member should be present and will collect materials at the end of the presentation.

Final Graduation Check List

Submit (3) copies of final draft of the technical report to your course coordinator at least one week before final presentation due date. Include the student’s check list copy of the ABET requirements in each copy
Prepare a badge for each member in the team with his name written in large font (24-36 points). It must be readable to audience from a distance
Prepare your final presentation to be delivered in 30 min and expect questions for another 30 min Make a rehearsal on the presentation with your advisor prior to the final presentation
Be prepared to take note of the examiners’ comments during the presentation Complete all the corrections given to you by the advisor(s) and the examiners
Upon examiner’s request, prepare a copy of the final technical report after corrections and give it to the examiner in a spiral binding
Prepare (# of academic advisors) hard cover copies to be submitted to your advisors. Adhere a copy of the project CD to the back cover of the report
Prepare a hard cover copy to be submitted to your industrial advisor
Prepare a hard cover copy to be submitted to the college library (Do not include a CD)
Prepare two hard cover copies to be submitted to the course coordinator. Adhere a copy of the project CD to the back cover of each report

Complete the peer-to-peer assessment form in the course coordinator’s office. All team members should come together to the coordinator’s office
