Contracts authentication
A service enabling organizations to establish, authenticate and terminate contracts electronically for employees. After the employment contract is established, the employee can accept the contract, reject it or request it to be modified through his account on Qiwa platform, in the section of Individuals. In case the two parties accept the contract, it is considered authenticated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
In accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers no. 195 dated 4/4/1443H, all information and data related to management of contractual relationship have been moved to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, including authenticating employment contracts.

How can contracts be authenticated on Qiwa platform?
The Organization can login to its account, then it can select the service of authenticating contracts. Afterwards, the contract is being established and all its details are entered (personal, and financial data in addition to other optional terms). The contract is then established and its status becomes "waiting for the employee's acceptance". The employee is to login his personal account on Qiwa platform to get more details about the contract, then he shall have an option either to accept or reject the contract. In case of acceptance, the contract's status changes to become "valid".
What are the channels of communication with Qiwa platform in case of any inquiry or a technical failure?

Is there any integration between Qiwa platform and Social Insurance when (the contract is authenticated or modified or in case of termination of Authenticating contracts through Qiwa platform

What is the procedure followed if the contract does not appear in the system of social insurance even after (authenticating, modifying the contract or terminating the contractual relationship) on Qiwa platform?
After (authenticating or modifying the contract or terminating the contractual relationship) on Qiwa platform, the contract shall be directly sent to the social insurance (to register the participant or updating his data or removing him) automatically. In case the employee is not activated on the social insurance system within 24 hours, communication can be made with technical support of Qiwa platform.
Were the employees contracts moved from the platform (Insurance \ Mudad) to Qiwa platform?
Qiwa is the approved platform to authenticate contracts, accordingly, any contract after the date of 10th of June 2022, needs to be authenticated on Qiwa platform by the Organization, according to the resolution of the Council of Ministers that provides the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development shall manage the contractual relationship between the Organization and the Laborer (for Saudis / Expatriates).
Shall authenticating the contract be available on platforms of Qiwa, Social Insurance, and Mudad?
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers that provides the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to manage the contractual relationship, while Qiwa platform is the approved tool in this regard, accordingly, Owners of organizations and their representatives shall authenticate contracts of laborers through Qiwa Platform. Authentication on Qiwa includes (registration, update and removal) of participants. This shall help unify the client's journey where contractual relationship can be initiated and terminated through Qiwa.
What is the procedure to be followed in case the employee rejects the contract?
When adding a contract by an Organization, the employee shall have a period of ten days to accept or reject the contract. If the employee does not respond, the status of the contract shall be considered (cancelled – no response from the employee). The

Can the contract be modified on Qiwa after the employee’s acceptance?
Yes, the contract can be modified by the Organization after the employee’s acceptance, but this requires employee’s acceptance on the modification.
Shall authenticating contracts on Qiwa be migrated and moved through stages or directly for all?
All authenticated contracts were migrated and moved from the Social Insurance system to Qiwa platform on 10/06/2022
Shall a message be sent to the employee from Qiwa in case of authenticating the contract?
A message shall be sent to the employee from Qiwa platform indicating that there is a contract waiting for review and acceptance or rejecting
