Abstract
During the period from 14/12/1444 to 1/2/1445, I was doing my summer training at Samir Aboghalia Consultation office and the program was very interesting and very useful and I learn a lot from their summer program and I am very happy to share my experience with you in this report and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed working there.

Company's background:

Weak 1:
During the first week, I visited the field to gain an understanding of the ongoing projects. This allowed me to familiarize myself with the various initiatives and their objectives.IV
Weak 2: In the second week, I focused on a specific project aimed at improving the structure of the camps. By visiting the project site,
I assessed the condition of the camps and identified areas that required attention. This helped in determining the necessary steps to enhance the infrastructure.

Week 3:
During the third week, my primary focus was on studying the evaluation plans for the projects. I reviewed the proposed
evaluation methods and criteria to ensure that they were aligned with the project goals and objectives.

Week 4:
In the fourth week, my attention shifted towards studying the execution plans in reality. I analyzed the feasibility and
practicality of the proposed plans, considering factors such as available resources, timelines, and potential challenges
.

Week Five: Identifying Obstacles
During the fifth week, I focused on identifying the obstacles that hindered my productivity and performance. By critically assessing my work
processes and habits, I was able to pinpoint the factors that were impeding my progress. These obstacles included time management issues,
difficulties in prioritizing tasks, and a lack of clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Week Six: Problem-Solving Strategies
In the subsequent week, I dedicated my efforts to find effective solutions to the obstacles identified in the previous week. Firstly, I implemented a structured time management system, utilizing various tools such as calendars, task lists, and reminders, to help organize and prioritize my tasks efficiently. Additionally, I sought guidance from mentors and colleagues to obtain valuable insights on how to overcome specific
challenges. By actively seeking feedback and incorporating suggestions, I was able to enhance my problem-solving skills significantly

At the end I would like to thank Umm-Al-Qura university for this great opportunity to work with Samir Abo-Ghaliah office I have learned a lot from this program and I can't wait for my second summer program to experience more and more about my major.
