Abstract
Conveyor bells were applied for long time in industry ani also in mining industry in Vietnam. However, almost of the conveyor belts in Vietnam use the old technology i order to give an ovevievv of the automatic equipmer- this paper presents main components applied in automization for conveyor belt.

II. Yiu cAu CONG NGHC COA VAN TAI BANG BANG TAI
1. Yeu cau he thong
Bing t i i dUpc lip dat 64 vin chuyin cic nguydn v i t lieu trong cic nginh cdng nghidp. Trong nginh Md d Vidt Nam, bang t i i dUpc sd dyng 64 van t i i than d i d cic md than hay cic nha may sing tuyln.

2. Yeu cau dieu khien
Ydu cau ciu hinh chUPng trinh dilu khiln cOa thilt bj dilu khien bing phii dim bio theo ydu ciu cdng nghd nhu sau:

LY V A UTNGDUNG 1. Cong tac keo an toan va nut dimg khan cap
Cdng tie keo la thilt bj dung 64 ddng bang d mpi vj trf trdn tuyln bang. Cdng tac keo dupe bd trf lip d i t tai dudi ciia bing, khu vUc bio vd xung quanh dudi bang v i d hai phfa cOa bing t i i dpc theo tuyln bang. Cdng tic keo cd tie dyng bio vd cdng nhin khdi cic tai nan ding tile. Cdng tic 6ugc ydu cau lap d i t theo luat an toan va sdc khde tai mdt sd qudc gia.
Cic edng tie kdo can bd tri vdi khoing cich 30-50m ddi vdi cic bang t i i trong nha, 50-100m ddi vdi cac bing t i i ngoai trdi v i d mpi vj tri ma con ngUdi cd khi ning t i l p can dupc vdi bang t i i . Rp-le tdc dd bao gdm mdt nam chim vinh cdu gin trdn true quay v i mdt rd-to tao ra md men t^ Id vdi t6c 66 quay cua tryc, hai cdng-tic tic ddng tuy theo chilu quay cCia tryc v i he thdng cp khf dilu ehlnh gidi han tic ddng cCia rp- le (Hinh 2).

Cim biln l^ch bing CO tac dung chong lai nhung suco gay nguy hai tdi bing hay he thong truyen dpng va tranh hien tupng hdn loan cua tuyen van tai khi xay ra su co.

4 . Ciim bi^n riich bang

5. CSm bien un cap lieu
Cdng tic un cap lieu la mdt cdng tie an toan can thilt eho bing t i i . Khi vit lieu bj ket trong cap lieu, vat lieu se bj ddn d va day dan trong cap lieu. Khi mdc cua vat lieu trong ming vupt ngudng cho phep, cdng tic un cap lieu phii dUng lip tdc bing t i i bang tfn hidu sU cd. SU cd Cm cap lieu cd t h i lam hdng vat lieu dupe van chuyin, gay hai cho bing t i i hoac cd t h i giy chiy.
Cdng tic Cm cap lieu 6ugc bd tri trong khu vUc ming (pheu) rdt cua cap lieu 64 xic djnh sU cd khi mdc cua v i t lieu vupt ngudng cho phep.
Cim biln Cm cap lieu trong trUdng hpp dPn giin la mdt cong tic gidi han dUpc d i t trong hdc trdn thanh cua cip lieu hoic cdng tic thuy ngan (tilt switch Hinh 5b). 6. Cdm bi^n muTc thung chufa - silo
Bio vd mdc cao trong thung chda hoac silo, trong cic trudng hpp mdc qui cao cd t h i giy su cd, ein 6ugc sii dung. Vide bio vd mdc trong thung chda hay silo eung sd dyng cic loai cim biln nhU trong mye bio vd Cm vat lieu cip lieu.
7. Ciim bien cdng bdng

12. Thiet bi dieu khien bang tdi
Thilt bi didu khien bang l i t h i l t bj chfnh 6ugc ndi vdi cac t h i l t bj c i m bien b i o vd nhu lech bang, cang b i n g , un vat lieu... va xic djnh loi khi sU cd siy ra. Cic t h i l t bj dieu khiln b i n g hidn nay hau h i t 6ugc thiet k l v i e h l tao dUa trdn nen t i n g vi xd ly hoac sd dung t h i l t bi d i l u k h i l n PLC.
Thilt bi dieu khien bang t i i thudng dupe bd trf cung he thdng dieu k h i l n ddng ep t r u y i n ddng. Thilt bj d i l u khien 6ugc k i t ndi vdi eie c i m bien b i o sU cd, cic cdng t i c lidn ddng va gdi cac tin hidu lien ddng, tin hieu d i l u khien he thdng.
