This study identifies factors affecting the co-creation value of residents in Da Lat city from their attitude towards tourism development, as well as connection with tourists. Based on social exchange theory, the research team came up with a research model lo explain the value co-creation of residents. The result indicates that their value co-creation is directly affected by the interaction with tourists and the supportive attitude towards tourism development. From this finding, managemeni implications are proposed to improve the relationship between residents and tourists.
