Through a survey of 389 samples with the main subjects being business owners, managers, staffs and customers who have used hotel service in Da Nang city in the recent time, the study shows that Material condition and Ability to serve are the important factors determining the satisfaction when using the hotel service of enterprises beside the external factors. From the findings, the authors provide some suggestions for managers in finalizing some policies in order to improve the quality of hotel service in Da Nang city (The article uses decimal
