Summary
The study aims to examine factors affecting the satisfaction of customers using e-banking services supplied by Joint Stock Commercial Bankfor Investment and Development of Vielnam (BIDV). Based on a survey of 651 individual customers, the study uses Cronbach's Alpha tesl, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multivariate regression analysis. The result can be a catalyst to propose solutions so as to improve the quality of e-banking services of BIDV in particular and commercial banks in general.
