Tom tat: Bai bao trinh bay ket qua nghien ctfu thtfc nghiem ve stf thay ddi mau sac, khdi Itfong, Ung xd keo khi udn va tfng xd nen d nhiet do cao, den 1000 "C, cua vtfa polyme vo cosCtdung cac vat lieu sin cd d Viet Nam. Kit qua thi nghiem dUOc so sanh vdi cac miu vtfa sd dung xi mang podclang PCB30 truyen thdng. Nghien ctfu cho thay tfng xd cudng do cua vtfa polyme vo co tang manh khi nung den nhiet do khoang 300 °C, sau dd giam din khi nhiet do tiep tuc tang den 1000 °C. Ddng thdi, d tat ca cac nhiet do thi nghiem, cUdng do cua vtfa polyme vd co deu cao hon so vdl vtfa xi mang. Dieu nay chtfng td vtfa polyme vd cO la vat lieu chiu dUOc nhiet do rit cao va md ra hudng nghien ctfu de ap dgng vat lieu nay trong nhdng ciu kien cdng trinh cd xet den do an toan khi hoa hoan, nhit la ciu kien vo cdng trinh ham.

Abstract: This paper presents experimental re- sults in colour change, weight reduction, flexural and compressive behaviours in elevated temperatures, up to 1000 "C, of geopolymer mortar prepared using available materials in Vietnam. The experimental re- sults were compared to those of cementituos mortar samples used traditional PCB30 Portland cement.

The investigation shown that strengths of geopoly- mer mortar incresase dramatically when temperature raises up to 300 "C. After that, the strengths gradually reduce when temperature goes up to 1000 "C. Inter- estingly, the strengths of geopolymer mortar sam- ples are significant higher than those of the cementitous mortar samples. Experimental goals prove geopolymer mortar is a fire resistant material.

This is opening a trend to use this material in struc- tural construction applications that consider to fire resistance, especially for tunnel lining.

1. Gidi thieu

Vat lieu polyme vd cP da va dang dope quan tam nghien cOu trong hPn hai thap ky qua do nd ed trien vpng tdt thay the cho e i e s i n pham sO dung xi mang podclang truyen thdng. C i c nghien cOu trdn the gidi [1-4] va d Viet Nam [5-7] da khang djnh dope cac Ou diem ndi bat cua vat lieu nay ve c i c tinh eha't eP hpc va dp ben cung nhO kha nang tan dung c h i t t h i i nham g i i m thieu d nhidm mdi trodng.

Nguyen nhan cua sy p h i huy nay ehu yeu la do Ong xO bien dgng vi nhiet giOa pha hd GP v i pha cdt lieu Idn ed so k h i e biet r i t Idn. Tuy nhien, cho den nay Viet Nam chOa ed tieu chuan chdng chay cho vat lieu va ket eau cdng trinh giao thdng. Ddng thdi, ket c i u vd h i m da va dang dope ap dung van dOa tren nen cua vat lieu sO dung xi mang pdoclang truyen thdng (XMP).

2. Chuan bj m i u thCf

2.1. Vat lieu va ty le thanh phan

Ket q u i eua nghien cOu nay n i m trong chudi nghien cOu ve c i c tinh c h i t ky thuat cua c h i t ket dinh polyme vd cO v i vat lieu polyme vd eP [5, 7]. Tuy nhien, de da dgng hda c i c ngudn vat lieu t h i i s i n ed d Viet Nam, nghien cOu n i y sO dung tro bay nhiet dien da qua sP tuyen bang cdng nghe thdi gid phan ly tO ngudn tro nhiet dien cua nha may nhiet dien P h i Lai, tinh H i i DOOng. 2.2. Nhao trpn hdn hdp va che tao m i u thiT Hdn hpp dope nhao trdn b i n g m i y trdn vOa Holbat Mixer. Quy trinh trdn tuan thu theo hodng d i n da dope cdng bd trOde day [7]. Hdn hpp sau khi nhao trdn dope dOe e i c m i u hinh d i m kich thude 40x40x160 mm.

Quy trinh che tao m i u tuan thu theo hodng d i n da dope cdng bd trode day [7].

2.3. DUdng hp m i u

C i c td m i u ddi chOng sO dung XMP PCB30 dope dodng hd theo TCVN 6016-95 [16]. C i c td m i u sO dung chat ket dinh GP dope due khudn, sau 24 gid tien hanh dodng hd trong tu s i y d nhiet dd 60°C trong 24 gid. Sau dd ehung dope thao khudn va lOu d dieu kien phdng thi nghiem cho den ngay thi nghiem [7].

3. Ket qua t h i nghiem va t h i o luan

Cae m i u thO, mdi td m i u gdm 6 m i u vOa GP v i 3 m i u vOa XMP ddi chOng, sau khi dope dodng hp nhu Muc 2.3 dope lOu giO d dieu kien phdng eho den khi dn djnh ve khdi lopng. Ld nung sO dung trong nghien cOu nay la loai VMK 1600 cd nhiet dp nung tdi da 1600 °C do DOc s i n xua't,

Cac m i u thO sau dd dope tien hanh nung d cae mOe nhiet dp khae nhau, gdm d 200, 400, 600, 800 va 1000 °C, Che dp nung dam bao tdc dp tang nhiet 5 °C/phut. Khi nhiet dp Id dat den nhiet dp nung mong mudn, tiep tuc duy tri nhiet dp them 2 gid, sau dd n g i t dien va de' tiep 24 gid de dam bao m i u thO nguoi ve nhiet dp phong. Cac m i u thO sau dd dope tien hanh thi nghiem de danh gia mpt sd chi tieu ky thuat chu yeu va dope so sanh vdi td mau ddi chOng khong nung. PhUPng phap thi nghiem nay mo phdng quy trinh thi nghiem quy dinh theo ASTM E l 19 [17] va ISO 834 [18] nhung cd Ou diem la tang mOc dp b i t Ipi cua m i u thO do toan bd m i u dupc dat trong moi trodng nhiet dp eao va thdi gian duy tri mau thO d moi trudng nhiet dp cao dai.

3.1. SU thay ddi mau s i c

Cac m i u thO sau khi dope nung d eae che dp nhiet den 1000°C dope quan sat b i n g m i t thodng be mat ngoai va mat e i t ngang de danh g i i trang thai vet nOt va so thay ddi mau s i c .

Ve trang thai vet nOt tren be mat cac m i u thO sau khi nung cho t h i y cac m i u vOa XMP cd mat dp vet nOt nhieu hPn va be rdng vet nOt Idn hPn so vdi c i c m i u vOa GP. Nguyen nhan cd the la do lOpng nude cd trong cac m i u XMP nhieu hPn so vdi cac m i u GP ( B i n g 3) nen qua trinh nung l i m thoat hoi node ra ngoai thdng qua viec hinh thanh cac vet nOt nhu da phan tich.

Xet ve mau s i c , cac m i u XMP ddi chOng cho mau s i c kha ddng deu tren toan bd mat c i t ngang m i u . Dieu nay chOng td vdi che dp nung da thiet ke nhiet dope truyen deu vao trong long mau. NgOpc lai, v6i nhung m i u GP, mau s i c mau thay ddi ro ret theo chieu sau m i u , Idp vd ngoai mau ggch nung, Idp Idi mau s i m (Hinh 2). Ket qua nay cd the la do he sd truyen nhiet cua vOa GP thap nen vdi che dd nung da sO dung thi nhiet dp cao chua truyen dope ddng deu vao loi mau. Vi vay, Idp vd chuyen thanh vat lieu gdm do t i c dyng true tiep cua nhiet dd cao cdn Idp loi v i n

tdn tgi d dgng polyme vd eP. He sd truyen nhiet thap eua vOa GP se cd t i c dung b i o ve mat sau cua e i e ket cau chju nhiet khi cd ngpn lOa hogc nhiet dp cao t i c dung v i o mat tryde cua nd.

3.2. SU thay doi khoi lUdng

C i c m i u thO dope can trOde v i sau khi nung, dp chinh x i e den ± 0.1 g. Ket q u i thi nghiem dope the hien trong Hinh 3.

Theo Hinh 3, e i e m i u thO, c i m i u vOa GP va m i u vOa XMP, deu g i i m khdi lOpng khi nung. MOe g i i m khdi lopng tang d i n theo mOc dp tang nhiet dp nung.

Khi nhiet dd nung tang tO nhiet dp phdng den e i e mOc 200, 400 v i 600°C, khdi lOpng c i c m i u thO GP g i i m deu dan tO 1.4%, 3.04% v i 4 . 2 1 % .

3.3. Thi nghiem keo khi udn

R [7], Ket q u i thi nghiem cOdng dp chju keo khi udn cua c i e m i u thO sau khi nung d e i e nhiet dp 200, 400, 600, 800 va 1000°C thu dope dope xO ly thdng ke [19], Cac g i i trj cOdng dp chju keo khi udn trung binh ( R k u ) . dp

Ket q u i thf nghiem theo B i n g 4 cho tha'y c i c td m i u vOa GP deu cho he sd bien sai C^ nhd hon 16,5%. Nho vay, cOdng dp keo khi udn eua vat lieu vOa GP eao hPn codng dp keo khi udn cua vOa XMP PCB30 trong d i i nhiet dp cao den 1000°C, tO g i n 2 lan d nhiet dd phdng thi nghiem [7] den 10 l i n 6 1000°C. Ket qua n i y cho phdp dy d o i n kha nang chju nhiet tdt hPn han cua vOa GP d nhiet dp cao.

3.4. Thf nghiem nen

Thi nghiem nen e i e m i u thO dypc tien h i n h tren m i y nen theo TCVN 6016-95 [16]. Ket qua thi nghiem cOdng dp ehiu nen eua e i e m i u thO sau khi nung d e i c nhiet dp 200, 400, 600, 800 v i 1000°C thu dope dope tien h i n h xO ly thdng ke [19] v i dope the hien trong B i n g 5 v i Hinh 5,

O nhiet dd phdng codng dp chju ndn cua e i c mau thO GP dgt g i n 42 MPa, Idn hon cOdng dp nen cua vOa XMP, Ket q u i nay phO hpp vdi nhOng nghien cOu da dope cdng bd trode d i y ve vat lieu polyme vd ed [5, 7], Trong k h o i n g nhiet dp den 600°C, cOdng dd ndn eua vOa XMP g i i m deu dan xudng khoang 38, 35 va 29 MPa, toOng Ong g i i m 7, 14 va 18% so vdi cOdng dp ndn d 25°C, NgOpe Igi, vOa GP Igi tang cOdng dp ndn khi nhiet dp tang trong d i i nhiet den 600°C, tOdng Ong tang them 70, 63 v i 13% so vdi cOdng dp nen d dieu kien phdng, Nho v i y , nhiet dp tang trong khoing nay cd the cd t i e dyng thuc day q u i trinh polyme hda e i c hpp c h i t polyme vd eP trong vOa GP,

4. Ket luan va kien nghj
