This article employs quantitative method to find out faclors that infiuence customers' intention to choose veterinary antibiotics of VMC Company. The result identifies four factors, including Product promotion; Support services; Experience in using the products; Product brand that have positive impacts on the aforementioned intention through the Altitude of customers.
