The study aims to measure the influence of elements of management on the performance of seafood exporters in the Mekong Delta. Based on the survey of 200 seafood exporters in the Mekong Delta and quantitative analysis method, the study reveals such determinants as Commitment of senior management to human resource training; Commitment of senior management to production organization; Human resource training; Organization of production; Customer orientation; Relationship In enterprises.
