Thi nghifim ed hai nghifim thiic: NTl vjt dtfdc tifim phdng cl 1 ngay tudi va tifim lap lai liic 14 ngay tudi. NT2 tifim phdng liic 14 ngay tudi va tifim ISp lai Iiic 42 ngay tud'i. Vacxin sii dung la vacxin tai td hdp vfl hoat subtype H5, chiing Re-1 Trung Qutfc. Lilu stf dung cho vjt 1 ngay tudi la 0,3 ml, <^ vjt 14 ngay tudi tri^ Ifin la 0,5 ml. Mdi Id thi nghifim gdm 45 con, sd mdu xet nghifim la 10 mdu cl mdi tlidi difi'm la'y mdu. Thdi didm kifi'm h-a huyfi't thanh cl NTl la 33, 49, 63 va 77 ngay tudi; ci NT2 la 41, 63, 77 va 91 ngay tudi.

SUMMARY
The investigation of antibodies levels against avian mfluenza of CV Super M ducklings vaccinated at different days of age were carried out in Hau Ciang province. 360 ducklings were randomly allocated into 2 experiments. Each experiment consist of 45 ducklings, 4 replicates, 10 birds of each were sampled. Ducklings in experiment 1 were vaccinated at 1 day of age and revaccinated at 28 days old while ducklings of experiment 2 were vaccinated at 14 days of age and revaccinated at 42 days of age. hiactivated reassortant subtype H5 strain Re-1 vaccine against AI virus originated from China was used with the dose 0.3 ml for 1 day old duckling and 0.5 ml for 14 days or elder one. Blood samples were collected at 35, 49, 63, 77 days of age for experiment 1 and at 41, 63, 77 and 91 days of age for experiment 2. HI method was used to determine antibody of experimental birds. An HI antibody titre of > 4Iog2 is considered protective against AI virus. Results are as follows:

This value decreased to 0,81og2 ± 1,3 (5% protective rate) on the 13"' day of age and undetected at 21 days of age. Antibody titres received at 35, 49, 63 and 77 days of age from ducklings of experiment 1 were 1,0 ± 0,82; 1,2 ± 0,63; 1,33 ± 1,22 and 0,9log2 + 0,82 respectively while these values of experiment 2 at 41, 63, 77 and 91 days of age were 1,65 + 0,86; 2,88 ± 1,67; 2,53 + 1,34 and 2,461og2 ± 1,79. Duckings of both experiments have not reached protective titre against AI virus.

- Vit thi nghiam. Vit con CV Super M mdi a'p nb. 1 ngay tufl'i tai cac cd sd a'p vit d Tiln Giang, day la nhiing vit con tti tning ciia nhiing dan vit bd' me da tifim phdng vacxin ciim gia cdm H5N1 va da xac dinh ti Ie bao hd.
Vit dtfdc chon ngdu nhien tCr 8 me a'p khac nhau. Mdi me chon 45 vit, tdng cdng 360 vit.
- Vacxin sii dung la vacxin ciim gia cdm HSNl Trung QM6C chiing Re-1, vfl boat dang nhii ddu.
Khang th^ chudn khang virut ciim subtype H5 ciia phdng thi nghifim CDC, USA.
- Khang nguydn chudn H5 cua Phdng thi nghifim CCC, Weybridge, Anh qufl'c.
2.2 Phtfdng phap - Bd'tri diinghiSm:
Vjt dtfdc bfl' b-i 2 nghiem thiic (NT) la thdi difi'm tifim phdng khac nhau:
NTl: Vjt con dtfdc tiem miii 1 Iiic 1 ngay tufl'i va tifim lap lai miii 2 liic 14 ngay tufli.
NT2: Vjt con tifim mui 1 Iiic 14 ngay tufl'i va tifim lap lai mui 2 liic 42 ngay tudi.
Ddn vj thi nghifim la dan vit 45 con. Sd ca thd xet nghifim mdu la 10 ca thd / dan. Lap lai 4 Idn.
Thdi difim la'y mau huyfi't thcinh xet nghifim: NTl: huyfi't thanh dtfdc ISy vao cac ngay tudi: 35, 49, 63 va 77; NT2: vao cac ngay 41, 63,77 va 91.
