Bai bao trinh bay ket qua nghien ciiu xay dung mo hinh toan tren co so mdi quan he cac thong sd vl hinh hpc, dong hoc ciia may dao, thong sd cua ranh dao (be rong, do sau) va mot sd thong sd dac trung ca tinh cua dat Muc tieu chinh cua bai bao nay trinh bay mdi quan he giua chieu dai ciia luoi dao, do sau cua ranh va kha nang tung dat cua phay dao, tir do de xuat pham vi lua chon thong so va bo sung kit cau ciia may dao nhlm dam bao chat lugng ranh dao, nang cao kha nang lam viec cua may dao. Ket qua da xac dinh dugc cac thong so thiet ke de bao dam kha nang dao, tung dat hieu qua, do la: Ung voi goc tung dat thay doi / = 40°- 60° thi chieu dai luoi dao L nlm trong khoang 50-150 mm va do sau ranh dao H = 400 mm. Tuy nhien, de tang nang suit lam viec va dat yeu cau nong hoc, nhat thiet phai lip them tam vet co kha nang dieu chinh kich thuoc phia sau phay dao.
Ngoai ra, ciing voi luoi dao lam nhiem vu elt va tung dat cin bd tri them lu&i hat de tang nang suit tung dat Tir khoa: May dao ranh, klia nang tung dat ciia phay dao.

Theo e6ng thire (3) nang suit tung dat Q2= f{Z,L,F^,n,y){A). Khi tang sd luoi dIo Z thi nang suit g , tang, hiy nhien khi Z tang qui nhieu din tdi sir iin tie trong phay dao. Ung vdi gdc tiing dlt la 60" khi chilu dai luoi dao tang tir 50 - 150 mm (3 lln) thi he sd nang suit tung tang cham hon so voi muc do tang chilu dii luoi dio (2 lln).

Nhu vay khi do sau cua ranh dio tang len, mudn tang khi nang tung dlt ddng nghia vdi tang hieu qui dao cua mIy ung vdi dudng kinh phay dio D = 1000 mm chi nen chpn dp sau ranh dio khoang 400 mm. THE INVERTING PART OF THE FURROW DIGGER IN FARMING

The paper deals with the results of the research study on calculated model based on the relationships between geometry and dynamic parameters of the furrow digger, of dug furrows (width and depth) and other mechanical typical parameters of soil. The focus of the paper is on the relationships between the length of the digging blade, the depth of the furrow and the capacity in soil over-turning in order to submit the scope for selecting the parameters and completing the digger structure to ensure the quality of the dug furrows, to improve operating productivy of the machine. The results confirmed the designed parameters to make sure the digging capacity and the effective soil over-turning capacity. That is: correspondingly if the over-turning angle changes the length (L) wiUbefrom 50-150 mm and the depth of the furrow will be H=
400 mm. However, for increasing the working productivity and meeting the agronomy demands, it is neccessary to fix together clearing panel enabling to adjust the size after the digging plate. Besides together with the digging blade while cutting and turning over the soil, it also needs fixing a throwing blade to increase the over-tuming capacity.
