Muc tieu nghien ciru la danh gia doc tfnh cap ciia che pham synbiotic va kha nang tang sinh bao ty B.

subtilis HU58. Ket qua nghien ciru cho thay khong co sy thay doi cong thyc mau, chffe nang gan than va hinh anh giai phau benh gan than cua chuot uong synbiotic.

So lUOng B. subtilis HU58 tang sinh manh trong khoang 48 gicJ roi giam dan sau 7 ngay uong vi khuan.

OF B. S U B T I L I S H U 5 8 The research objective was to assess the acute toxicity of synbiotic preparations and proliferative ability of B. subtilis HU58. The study results showed no change in. Our purpose to evaluate the acute toxicity of synbiotic and proliferative ability of B. subtilis HU58.

The results showed there were un change in blood cell counts, kidney and liver function and anatomical images of mice livers and kidneys. The number of B.

subtilis HU58 proliferated rapidly within 48 hours and then decrease gradually after 7 days of B. subtilis HU58 oral administrabon.

II. OOI TUOMG VA PHU'aNG PHAP NGHIEN CU\J 2 . 1 . Ddi tu'dng nghien cu'u

V. KET LUAN

1. Khong phat hien dffdc dpc tinh cap d lieu tdi da 15 g/kg the trpng sau khi chudt udng lieu duy nhat che pham Synbiotic ed nguon gdc tff cam gao. Chudt udng ehe pham Synbiotic vdi lieu duy nhat khdng lam thay ddi tinh trang toan than, so lu'dng te bao mau, chffe nang va hinh anh vi the gan than.

2. Bao tff vi khuan B. subtilis MUSS da nay mam, phat trien va hinh thanh bao tff trong rupt ket ciia chuot trffdc khi dffdc thai ra ngoai moi trffdng qua phan.
