Summary
The structure of knowledge network indicates the forms and level of relationships among members of a knowledge organization. This study employs Social Network Analysis (SNA) to analyze the characteristics of knowledge network structure of a faculty in National Economics University so as to clarify the impact of relationship among lecturers on their learning process. The results show that while the younger and the older lecturers are quite well connected in the networks of teaching and scientific research, the middle-aged ones are mostly outside these networks.
