- Chien lape nang cap ngudn lac va nang lae ehien lupe marketing cdt Idi.

2. Cdc gia thuySt va mo hinh nghien olu Trong nghien cQu nay, phat trie'n ehien lape marketing CSTBL dupe hieu la qua trinh quan tr|

Gia thuyet 4 (H4): Chat lupng trie'n khai, thuc hanh kenh va dam bao Ipi the canh tranh kenh marketing ed tae ddng true tiep den hieu suat phat trie'n chien lupc marketing CSTBL.

3. Phddng phap nghien a l u

De trien khai nghien edu phat trie'n chien Idpc mari<eting tai cac CSTBL, nghien cQu nay tien hanh cac nghien edu dmh tinh/so tip va nghien cQu dmh Iddng/kiem dmh thang do va md hinh nghien cQu.

Nghien cdu dmh tinh dupe tien hanh vdi ma'u 16 nha QTCL marketing va chuyen gia nghien cdu mari<eting nham muc dieh hoan chinh mdt bddc eae bien md hinh, eae thang do va phat bieu ciia cac bien sd quan sat mdi bien md hinh dda tren
