ASSESSING AND CLASSIFYING WATER QUALITY OF DONG CHIEC LAKE, THANH HOA CITY IN 2020

ABSTRACT

Results of environmental monitoring of water quality indexes for Dong Chiec Lake, Thanh Hoa City in 2020 to guide the Vietnamese Standards current the result are as follows:

The water quality of Dong Chiec Lake is polluted because of 7 index: pH, BOD5, COD, DO, PO43-, Coliform, E. Coli. Based on the results of the measurements, we obtained the overall WQI value = 74.2, proving that the water quality of Dong Chiec Lake is moderately suitable for irrigation.
