This paper gives a perspective to develop models to determine the level of reasonable fishing on resource m terms of _/^jj. - Fishing Effort, MSY - Maximum Sustainable Yield, and resources. Besides, a reasonable fishing norm set are devel- oped focusing on the aspects of coastal fishermen communities, resources ecological environment, reasonable fishing yield towards sustainable fisheries Last, fisheries management solutions are mentioned in order to obtain the reasonable level in yield, fishing effort and fishery resources that have been deployed and applied around the world, the ability to apply to Vietnam's fisheries.
