3. Ket qua va thao luan 3.1. Khdo sdt nguyen lieu vd thdnh phdn hoa hoc cua Id Cdm

The objective of research is optimisation conditions for anthocyanin extraction from the Peristrophe bivalvis (L.) Mer leaf. Optimum conditions for anthocyanin extraction in laboratory scale were ratio of 40/1 (ml/g), 43.5''C and 63 minutes for ratio of solvent/material, extraction temperature and extration time, respectively. The solvent extraction was H20 - acid acetic:
100/0.1 (ml/ml).
