- Pha cdc dung dieh ddm phosphat tCr hfin hgp KjHPO., (hodc KH2PO4) dd ed duac dung djch d ndng dfi 20 mM ehua 0.1 mM EDTA vd cd dfi pH 7.8;
dung dich xanthin 5 mM, dung dich nitro blue tetrazolium (NBT) d ndng do 5 mM vd dung dieh enzym xanthin oxidase (XO) (pha lodng trong nude tinh khiet) d ndng dfi khoang 2 mM
- Cho vao dng nghidm hdn hgp gdm cd: 10 pi dung djch mdu thi>, 460 ^1 dung dich ddm phosphat, 10 pi dung djch xanthin 5 mM, 10 fjl dung dich NBT 5
mM va cudi ciing cho 10 pi dung djch enzyni XO.

- Cho vao dng nghiem hdn hgp gdm ed: 10 \i\
dung dich m l u thCr, 470pl dung dich ddm phosphat, 10 pi dung dich dudng deoxyribose vd lOpI dung dieh Fe^*. Trfin hdn hgp trong khoang 1 phut rdi de yen trong 30 phCit a bdng tdi, nhidt dd thudng. Dung djch sau khi phan Crng duge cho thdm 500 pi dung dich TCA 20% vd 500 pi dung djch TBA 1%, sau d6 dem dun sdi cdch thuy trong khoang 15 phCit. H5n hgp thu duge dd ngufii ddn nhidt dd thudng rdi dem do mat dd quang (Am) 6' budc sdng 532 nm, Tidn hdnh do mat dfi quang eua mau cOng vdi m l u tring de so sanh (khdng cd c h i t thCr vd khdng eho F e ^ , dung djch c h i t thCr trong dung dich ddm (AmtlO pi dung djch m l u thu. 490_MI dung dich ddm), dung djch phan Crng khdng cho mau thii' (Ao: 480 pi dung dicii dem phosphat, 10 yl dung dieh dudng deoxyribose, 10 pi dung dich Fe^*) va mdu ddi chCrng duang.

Aims: To assess the clinical characteristics, laboratory findings and their correlations in order to design a preventive strategy for patients with dyslipldemia and HTN.
Results: There were 81.1% patients with prior history of HTN and 100% hypertensive patients without prior history of dyslipldemia. All had health insurance.
Clinical Presentation: The average age was 65.58
± 12.20, average weight was 51.69 ± 8.19 (kg) (male:
54.83 ± 6.6; female: 50.25 ± 8.49), hypertensive patients with abnormal lipid level were 71.6% (male- 66.7%, female: 73.9%). The average length of stay was 8.29 ± 4.34 days, both of mode and median were 7, p < 0.01. Systolic HTN was 98.9%, diastolic HTN was 70.5%, both of systolic and diastolic HTN were 69.5%. p < 0.01. The 1st stage HTN was 33.7% while the 2nd stage HTN was 66.3%. p < 0.01.
Laboratory findings: There were 71.6% with lipid disorders. 41.1% patients with increased cholesterol level; 37.9% with Increased triglyceride level, p <
0.01; 42.1% with decreased HDL-c level, p > 0.05:
and increased LDL-c level was 25.3%, p < 0.01. The percentage of patients having 1 or 2 abnormal lipid levels were 50.5%, p < 0.01. The percentage of patients with abnormal ECG was 70.5%, p<0.01.
Correlations: There was weak positive correlation between the increased cholesterol level and increased weight, with r = 0 15; p > 0 05; strong positive congelation between the increased cholesterol level and increase6 LDL-c level, with r = 0.88; p<0.01;
negative correlation between decreased HDL-c level and incmased LDL-c level, with r = - 0.28; p<0.01.
Suggestions: To educate the ' public on dyslipldemia; to set up communication channels so the public can access physicians for consultation on lipid disorder and to establish special units for detection, tmatment and follow-up of hypertensive patients with dyslipldemia. Treatment of dyslipldemia is important to prevent future coronary artery disease.
