By using the basic scientific research method, we have selected 24 exercises to develop the professional physical strength divided into 4 groups including Group of speed development exercises (05 exercises), Group of power development exercises (06 exercises), Group of endurance development exercises (06 exercises), Group of movement coordination development exercises (07 exercises) and 08 tests of assessing the professional physical strength for male Volleybali major students at the first and second years of Da Nang University of Sport.
