Hien nay, a Viet Nam co hdng tram thiit bi Ipc bui tinh diin (LBTD) co nguon goc ngoai nhap dang sif dung tai cdc nhd mdy nhiet diin vd cdc nhd mdy sdn xudt xi mang [1], [2],...Viec nghien euu de dua ra gidi phdp nhdm ndng cao hieu sudt cho LBTD co y nghia khoa hpc vd thuc tien quan trpng & Viet Nam Men nay. Nhom nghien euu da de xudt phuong phdp toi uu hoa luang khi cho cdc viing trong buong Ipc, ket qud nghien cim ma ra khd ndng img dung tai Viet Nam, trong cong tdc van hdnh de dat hieu sudt cao cho thiit bi LBTD.

ABSTRACT
Now in Vietnam there are hundreds electrostatic precipitators (ESP) imported origin, using in thermal power plants, sement plants,....The study to proposal technology methods to enhance dust filter efficiency,that is importance science and practical significance in Vietnam now. The research team proposed gaz quantity optimization method in zons of the ESP filtration chamber.
The research result is possibility application in the Vietnam for ESP. s operation to obtain high efficiency.

1. D ^ T VAN DE

Neu tim dupe gidi phap d6 tdi uu hoa lupng khi qua cac zon ciia hudng lpc thi cd th^ nang cao duac hieu suat cho LBTD [3], [4].
2. NOI DUNG NGHIEN ClTU 2.1. Khai ni^m ve cac zon trong buong lpc
Theo khd nang dupe ion hoa cua cac phdn tu bui trong trudng dien ap cao thi buong lpc dupe phdn chia ra thdnh ba zon nhu sau [3]:
Zon boat tinh (zon 1) Id zon md phdn tu bui dupe ion hda cao. Id khdng gian nam giira cdc ban cue lang, zon bdn boat tinh( zon 2) nam ke can phia ngoai zdn 1, d do cdc phdn tir bui dupe ion hda yeu va khdng gian ngoai ciing cua bdn cue va cdc phan tir b\ii rat it, cd khd nang ion hda la zdn khong boat tinh (zon 3).
2.2. Anh hudrng ciia svr phdn ph6i khi trong z3n ho^t tinh tdi hi§u suat lpc

Thay ket qud thi nghiem vdo cdng thiic (2), ta nhan duac cac gid tri cua ham luang bui dau ra tuang iing nhu sau: 0,289, 0,014, 0, 215, 0,032 vd gia tri trung bmh cua ham lupng bui ddu ra Z^ la: 0,138g/ N m l N6u nhu ta co su phan bd ddng deu lupng khi trong buong lpc trong zdn hoat tinh, n =0,99 va V =lm/s thi ham luong bui ddu ra tuang iing Id 0,lg/Nm*.
Nhu vay, trong trudrng hpp tren, bdng su phan bd ddng deu lupfng khi ta thu dupe ham lupng bui ra cd the gidm di l,38g/Nm^.
Cdng thiic tinh hieu suat chung r| cua LBTD [3], ta cd Q,, Q^, Q3 - Lupng khi tuong ling ciia cdc zdn 1,2, 3 vd Qo la lupng khi tdng ciia thiet hi, tacd:

3. THVC NGHIEM SV ANH HlTdNG CUA LlTglNG KHi DI QUA CAC Z 6 N TRONG BUONG LOC CUA LBTD TOI HIEU SUAT LQC CUA THIET BI
Thi nghiem duoc thuc hien tren mo hinh cua loc bui tmh dien, trong do diing phuong phap dieu chinh bo phan dong Ithi dau vao va dau ra cua bufing lpc de dieu chinh luong khi vao cac zon 1, 2, 3. Thi8t bi do luong khi: Dung thiet bi AHEMOMETP dat tai cac vi tri tuong ung de do luong khi qua cac zon 1, 2, 3.
Theo kinh nghiem cua nude ngoai thi hieu suat Igc cua LBTD cua cac zon trong buon lpc nhu sau [3]: n,=0,999; 71^=0,80; ri3=0,4. Tren CO so ket qua thi nghiem phan dong, lupng Idii di qua cac z6n 1,2,3 vcfi 5 gia tri the hien tren bang 3, svr dung cong thuc (4) va (6) de tinh toan. Ket qua thu dupe trong bang 3.
