Kit qud & 1 ndm tuoi cho thdy: khi sie dung hdm lupng silica fume 5,0% se cho cuang dp bam dinh l&n nhdt a cd hai logi cot dd nghien ciru; vd co sir tirang quan giiea cu&ng dp be long vd cuang dp bam dinh cua mdu doi chirng bdo duong trong phong thi nghiim vd mdu bdo dudng trong dieu kien thiec ti. Ngodi ra, kit qud thuc nghiim con cho thdy dnh huang cua moi truang nu&c man, co tinh phen (pH, dp man, nhiet dp, chu trinh kho - u&t) den cu&ng dp bam dinh cua cot GFRP la it han so v&i cot Thep & trong ciing dieu kiin.

Abstract: The paper presents experimental results comparing the bond strength of GFRP and steel bar reinforcement with fiber concrete in the typical environmental conditions of the Mekong Delta. The results at 1 year of age show that: when using silica fume content of 5.0%, it will give the greatest bond strength in both types of reinforcement; and there is a correlation between the concrete strength and the bond strength of the control samples curing in laboratory and the test samples curing on-site conditions. In addition, the experimental results show that the impact of saline, alum-like environment (pH, salinity, temperature, dry-wet cycle) on GFRP bond strength is less than that of steel bar in the same condition.

Bao gdm cac nghien ciiu tren mau be tdng va be tdng cdt sgi [8]. Tuy nhien, chua cd nghien eiiu so sanh eudng do bam dinh tren eung mdt mau thu va trong cung dieu kien an mdn de danh gia khac biet giira hai loai cdt khac nhau.

De tai nghien ciiu so sanh anh hudng cua mdt sd yeu td mdi trudng nude dac trung eua vung ddng bang sdng Cuu Long nhu tinh phen (ndng do pH, axit), chu trinh khd-udt, do man, nhi$t do; va su tuong tae eiia ehiing den iing xii bam dinh dai han cua edt GFRP va cdt Thep vdi be tdng theo thdi gian.

2. V4T LIEU VA PHlTONG PHAP NGHIEN Ctru

Sii dung cAe loai nguyen vat lieu cd san, phd bien tai khu vue phia Nam ndi chung va Ddng bang Sdng Ciiu Long ndi rieng. Trong dd, cd cae vat lieu mdi qua ap dung thyc te da phat huy hieu qua tdt tai BUSADCO nhu cdt sgi PP Porta Ferro, cdt GFRP.

Xi mang sii dung trong nghien cuu (X) la xi mang PCB 40; cdt lieu (eat min la eat sdng - Cs va cat thd - cat ddi - CD); phu gia khoang boat tinh silica fume (SJ, phu gia hda hge sieu deo

thd he 3, gdc caeboncylate phu hgp theo cac tieu chuan TCVN tuong iing. Cdt sgi polypropylene (PP) cua Porta Ferro loai sgi 54 mra phii hgp theo ASTM C1119 [9]/ BS EN 14889-2 [10]/

TCVN 12933 [11]. Cdt GFRP va edt Thep cd dudng kinh danh nghia D=8 mm/ D=10 mm, duge san xudt phu hgp theo TCVN 1U09 [12]

va TCVN 1651-2 [13].

Sit dung phii gia khoang hpa tinh silica fume voi ham lupng thay ddi lln lupt la 2,6

%; 5,0 % va 7,4 %. Cd dinh ham lupng phu gia sieu deo 0,8 L/ 100 kg xi mang va ham lupng soi PP 6,0 kg/m' be tong. Be tong c6t spi CO dp sut (4±2) cm. Chi tiet ckp phdi be tong cdt spi cho d Bang 2.

Mau be tdng thu nen cd kich thudc (150x150x150) mm. Mau thir cudng dp bam dinh vdi be tdng cd kich thudc (D=100, H -

100) mm, dupe chuin bj bing each boc sap phin cdt GFRP hoac cdt Thep [14][15] dl dam bao chilu sau lam viec, bam dinh trong bd tdng khoang 50 mm. Sii dung be tdng nin la be tdng cdt spi PP. Chi tilt cdng tac chuin bi nhu md ta d Hmh 1 va Hinh 2.

Mau thii sau khi dupe due, bao duong 28 ngay trong phong thi nghiem dupe tilp tuc bao dudng trong mdi trudng nude biln ven bd tai Binh Dai, Ben Tre. Cac mau ddi chiing dupe ngam nude trong phdng thi nghiSm trong thdi gian tvr thang 07/2018 din 07/2019.

Chi tieu can danh gia so sanh la cudng do be tdng va cudng do bam dinh giiia be tdng va cdt GFRP hoac edt Thep, khi ngam trong mdi tnrdng thuc te tai hien tnrdng eua bi^n (HT) va mdi tmdng ddi ehumg (DC). Trong dd, cac cap phdi su dung 5% silica fume dugc due lap lai 2 td mau d eimg dieu kien bao duong de so sanh.

3. KET QUA THV'C NGHIEM VA B A N L U ^

3.1 Cirdng do be tdng

Mau be tdng trudc va sau khi thu nen cho d Hinh 5. Ket qua thu nen cho d Bang 4 va minh hga d Hinh 6, Hinh 7.

Ket qua cho d Bang 5 va minh hga d Hinh 9 eho thay: ket qua cudng do bam dinh trung binh thay ddi tu (17,08 - 19,06) MPa, cd cao hon so ket qua nghien ciiu tren mau GFRP ed eung dudng kinh [5][6][7][8] va tuong tu ket qua tinh toan theo cdng thiic cua ACI 440.IR [16]. Di^u nay cd the giai thich la do de tai sii dung be tdng cd cudng do nen cao hon.

Tuong tu nhu cudng do nen, cudng do bam dinh cua cdt GFRP vdi be tdng d mau cd ham lugng silica flime 5,0% cho ket qua cao hon so vdi cap phdi cd ham lugng 2,6%) va 7,4% d ca mau thir nghiem hien trudng va mau ddi ehiing.

Ket qua cho o Bang 6 va minh hpa o Hinh 12 cho thay: kSt qua cucmg do bam dinh trung binh thay ddi tii (16,34 - 21,65) MPa, tuong t u kSt qua tinh toan nghien ciiu tren mau Thep cua ACI CO eimg duong kinh trong diSu kien 25"C [6] [8], va tuong t u kSt qua tinh toan theo cong thiie ciia ACI 440.1R [16].

Tuong t u nhu cucmg dp nen va cucmg dp bam dinh cua cot GFRP voi be tong, cuong dp bam dinh cua cot Thep voi be tong 6 mau co ham lupng silica fiime 5,0% cho ket qua cao hon so voi cap phoi co ham luong 2,6% va 7,4% Of ca m l u thir nghiem hien trucmg va mau ddi chung.
