152 mg/kg/day). Animals in bodi groups undergone surgery for vertebral arteries narrowed. After recovery (2 weeks), tail blood pressure, heart contraction and blood coagulation tests were performed before and after oral administration. The heart contraction was expressed by measuring the right intra-atrial and mitra-ventricular pressure. The results showed that mixed crude extracts (Gln/cgo biloba Lin., Radix Astragali. Radix Sahlae mtltiorhlzae. Radbc Angelicae sinensis) ameliorated brain circulatory insufficiency; increased heart contraction;

increased prothrombia time but there was no change in arterial blood pressure.

1. Dat van de

Chudt dugc ldy mdu bdng kj? thudt ldy mau dudi chugt lam xet nghipm dinh lugng cdc thdng sd ddng mau todn bp. Thdng sd thu dugc gdm: thdi, thdi gian APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time), thdi gian PTT (Prothrombin time), ndng dp fibrinogen.
