3. Phifdng phap nghidn cifu

Nghien cffd dffdc thffc hidn thong qua 2 bffdc:

(1) Thffc hidn khao sdt sd bd 60 mdu thdng qua bang cau hoi chi tie't de dieu chinh va xdc dinh lai ca'u true thang do; (2) Thffc hidn khao sat 240 nhan vien lam vide tai TP. Ho Chi Minh de kiem djnh mo hinh va cdc gia thuyd't nghien cffu.

IMPACTS OF SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE FACTORS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF IN HO CHI MINH CITY

This study is to determine the unpacts of social media usage factors on the performance of administrative and customer service staff in Ho Chi Minh City through a survey of 240 employees. The data were processed by the exploratory factor analysis technique with the SPSS 20 and the PLS-SEM technique with the Smart PLS 3.

This study's findings show that the perceived ease-of-use of social media factor positively affects the time management, task performance and contextual performances of staff.

Meanwhile, the perceived usefulness of social media only positively affects the time management performance of staff. Some solutions are proposed to help businesses promote (he application of social media in the workplace to improve business performance of employees.
