1. Gidi thi^u

2. Cd sol ly t h u y e t

3 . DuT l i e u v a p h t f d n g p h a p n g h i e n cflu
3.1. Dd lieu
Trong nghien cflu nay, mau khao sat bao gdm toan bd eac cdng ty muc tieu cd niem ye't t r e n h a i Sd Giao dich chflng khoan t h a n h pho Ho Chf Minh (HOSE) va H a Ndi (HNX) trong k h o a n g thdi gian 2005-2018.
Dfl lieu ke' toan, ke't qua tai ehinh va gia co phieu dfldc sti dung trong nghien cflu nay dflde cung ca'p bdi StoxPlus, mot cdng ty uy tin chuyen t h u t h a p va p h a n tich dfl lidu tai chinh cua cac cdng ty d Viet Nam. Dfl lieu ve thuong vu M&A dfldc t h u thap tfl cd sd dfl lieu cd tra phi Thomson Reuters SDC Platinum.
