Information resource sharing among university libraries: influential factors and recommended cooperation model
Abstract: The article introduces factors led to the increased demand of sharing information resources among university libraries. It analyses the current status of the learning resources, the cooperation in sharing information resources among university libraries; identifying 14 factors influencing this activity. The research recommends the decentralized cooperation
model and some interlibrary services applicable for Vietnamese university libraries.

Hdp tdc xdy dUng tai nguyen gido due md (Open Educational Resources - OER):
Tai nguyen giao diic md d\iac coi la xu hfldng chu dao cua giao due dai hpc trong the ky 21. OER dflpc coi la cdng eu de doi mdi va nSng chat Iflpng giao due dai hpc, thflc hien triet ly ve binh dang giao due cho tat ca mpi ngfldi, va tri thiic can duac chia se va sfl dung rdng rai. Vdi viec hpp tac xay dflng OER, cac thfl vien dai hpc hang nam se tiet ki^m dflpc khoan kinh phi dau tfl ve giao trinh, bai giang. Nguon tai nguyen se dflpc nhSn l^n n^u cac thfl vi^n phdi hpp phat trien, dieu nay giup tranh trung lap va tranh Iang phi vi kinh phi dau tfl hpc heu.
Dong thdi, cac tai nguyen giao due ludn dflpc cap nhat va chat Iflpng ngay cang cai thien khi cd sfl phan bien cua cpng dong sfl dung.
